Montessorian Mrs.P.Jayalakshmi, Diploma in Montessori, M.Com, PGDPMIR, M.Phil (MBA), Member of Anna Nagar Ladies Club, who had an eye for social works, right from the childhood, fulfilled her wish, by becoming a social worker. She has resigned her Marketing and Human Relations job, where she had put in 10 years of service in a big corporate setup. She entered in this profession to develop Montessori teachers for the benefit of mankind. She is devoting her life mostly in the spreading of the Early Childhood Education following the methods of Maria Montessori, Kindergarten Systems of Fredrich Froebel and Nursery system of Robert Owen of England and also working towards the Integration of All the Systems of Education towards the modern requirements. Within a very short span, she has earned laurels by getting following titles :
